With the Steel-Bow, resistance can be adjusted so all three fitness routines: Isometric, Isotonic & Iso-Motion can be properly performed by anyone.  This is most advantageous when one is performing Isotonic (repetition) exercises, as the resistance level allows for full compression of the Steel-Bow for a high number of repetitions.  This is a very effective for muscle definition.
